Full Tilt farm grows a variety of produce throughout the year. In early Spring May and June one can purchase small plants and herbs for transplant. There might also be shitake mushrooms ready to harvest in June. In July the mixed baby salad greens, beans, beets, peas and tomatoes are available as well as fresh herbs and garlic. A variety of salad greens continue to flourish throughout August and September.
